Job Description
In This Role, You Will:
- Identify and qualify new ISV and consulting partners by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business models and identifying how Pryon’s RAG platform can enhance their product offerings and services.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective partners to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop and deliver customized demonstrations and proofs of concept that showcase how our technology fits within a partner’s solution stack.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on partner feedback and industry trends.
- Manage the technical onboarding process for new partners, guiding them through implementation, integration, and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices to streamline partner enablement.
- Support partners through the evaluation and go-to-market phases, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring a smooth deployment experience.
- Optimize the ISV engagement model, working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive partner success.
- Develop frameworks for evaluating and communicating partner success, including use cases, ROI analysis, and joint customer wins.
- Represent Pryon at partner events and industry conferences, articulating the value of our technology to technical and business audiences.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Minimum 5-7 years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical partner management experience.
- Expertise in delivering technical demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, knowledge management systems, and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within startup environments where flexibility, creativity, and proactive problem-solving are critical.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud architectures, and modern software integration techniques.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple partner engagements simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving measurable results.
$160,000 - $200,000 a year
Annual salary is only one component of overall compensation. Actual salaries are based on factors such as work experience and education and may vary from the specified range.
