Job Description

The Moderation Production Team of the Moderation Department plans and manages platform products and projects for the safety of the service. And it is responsible for all the operational processes required for this process. It is very important for users to have a safe and healthy experience within the service. It is important to protect users by utilizing safety devices such as blocking harmful experiences in advance. To this end, our organization uses AI to create these safety functions, or handles pipelines, platforms, and projects to create better AI models. The members are made up of PMs and operations managers. Among them, PMs define problems that need to be solved so that moderation products and projects can be created and operated more successfully. They divide the work into solvable units so that work can proceed, and directly resolve blockers other than development.

Responsibilities

• Develop services and platforms that support moderation for both Hyperconnect's brand and Match Group brands.
• Collaborate with Match Group to carry out tasks that aim to meet global standards for Trust & Safety (T&S). To achieve this, work with Match Group brands to clearly define problem statements and establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with Hyperconnect's machine learning engineers and ML software engineers to conceptualize and implement the most effective AI solutions. Additionally, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions on time

• Constantly monitor and analyze project progress, performance, and potential risks, and initiate necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork in the AI Production team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI industry trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure informed recommendations for project strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for at least + 3 years, possessing strong management skills and a background in service planning
• Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of AI, Web application and technologies.
• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and SQL queries.
• Great verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of leading business meetings and facilitating technical discussions with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in working with multiple teams.
