We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team, providing essential insights and guidance to our AI Response Evaluators.

Availability Requirements:

Available to work 2-4 hours a day Monday-Friday (set your own schedule)

Capacity to be available for communication and task reception during Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese with linguistic competency equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2.
• Advanced competency in English to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
• Previous experience with AI models and understanding of their outputs.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in the e-commerce field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform research within allocated time.
• Reliable computer system and internet connection.
• Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs
• Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert insights and guidance to ensure the quality and accuracy of Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.
• Evaluate and contrast responses given by a retail assistant based on specific parameters such as safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.
• Offer recommendations for improvements and ensure consistency in the evaluation processes.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring and guiding freelance team members, fostering a collaborative and productive remote work environment.
• Collaborate with the project team to refine guidelines and improve overall project outcomes.

$20 - $25 an hour
