Are you familiar with search engines? Do you also know exactly how to find what you are looking for with just a few keywords? And you know what they want to say before another person finishes their sentence? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you to put your skills to the test!

Welocalize is looking for German-speaking people to support our customer's project as search quality raters. As part of this activity, you will use your skills to understand people's search behavior and thus optimize online search engine usage. Our main goal in this project is to develop and expand AI data. Simply put, they provide subjective and objective assessments based on project rules and conventions. You will work on tasks in German.

This position allows you to set your own work hours to achieve your weekly goals. However, support from the project management team is only available during business hours (Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. CET).

Project details

Job title: Search Quality Rater

Place of work: Remote work (only within Germany)

Working hours: 10-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling

Remuneration: Up to 14 euros gross per hour (but can vary depending on the complexity of the task)

Start: Immediately

Employment relationship: Freelance work

The work is based on project requirements. The weekly hours can vary.

• Knowledge of German at a native level
• Good English knowledge
• Based in Germany
• Good knowledge of pop culture in Germany
• You may only work in the Search Quality Rater program and NOT in other search or ad rating programs
• No previous experience as an Ads Quality Rater
• Internet knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent online research skills
• Reliable computer system and internet connection
• Reliable antivirus software (since you'll be surfing the internet for work)
• Ability to follow instructions in English and adhere to project conventions and rules expected by the client
• A confidentiality agreement must be signed to ensure the protection of customer information
• Before starting work, learning modules and a mandatory quality test must be passed by the customer
