Our team is seeking a Manager, Data Science who'll lead and develop a team implementing sophisticated data models and analytics solutions that drive business decisions and strategies. Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a team of data scientists, providing leadership and support in the development of data models and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven strategies to address them.
• Lead all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of AI and data models to improve decision-making processes.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of data science projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Drive the adoption of standard methodologies in data science and analytics, including model validation, testing, and documentation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and methodologies in data science and AI to champion innovation.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business partners to translate sophisticated data insights into actionable recommendations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• 4+ yrs validated experience leading high-performing data science teams, encouraging collaboration and driving performance.
• Solid grasp of data science concepts, AI methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights and findings.
• Excellent project management skills, with a consistent track record of leading multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication and social skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and partners.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage and analytics.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Math, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Analytics, Operations Research, Behavioral Science, or another analytical/quantitative field.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $133,800 - $241,400
