Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on AIOps topics such as log analysis, anomaly detection algorithms, fault prediction algorithms, and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement novel AIOps algorithms and techniques, leveraging advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
  • Evaluate the performance of AIOps algorithms and techniques using rigorous experimental methods and metrics.
  • Publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with other researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into practical AIOps solutions.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in research or development of AI-powered solutions for IT operations.
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of log analysis, anomaly detection, fault prediction, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with various machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Experience with CUDA programming and GPU-accelerated computing for efficient model training and inference.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize framework code for performance and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Fluency in English.
