THE POSITION
The Honeywell Offering Management Leader is responsible for defining a portfolio strategy of software products based on industry trends, customer insights, competitive and market intelligence. Based on that strategy, the Leader is responsible for executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle. Offering Managers work closely with cross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D, manufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales, marketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.
The Sr. Director of Offering Management for New Product Introductions (NPIs) is a key role responsible for growing and defining new industrial software offerings, including Operations and Production Intelligence, Digital Twins, Workers Competency, and others, for and in conjunction with Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), and Universal Oil Products (UOP), Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC), Air Products LNG, Safety,
Productivity, Energy, and Thermal solutions. S/he will lead a team who is responsible for defining and developing the right software products, as well as go to market strategies, to help our customers in their digitalization and sustainability initiatives.
This role reports to the Chief Product Officer of HCI and will be based in Houston, TX.
