About the team:
The Machine Learning Orchestration team at Cruise is dedicated to owning and developing our cutting-edge workflow management platform. This platform provides a semantic orchestration framework for machine learning workflows and data processing, enabling our engineers to accelerate the development cycle and focus on enhancing the safety and performance of our autonomous vehicles.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead pivotal initiatives within our ML Orchestration team. You will play a crucial role in scaling our platform, developing automation and self-service tools for our users, and ensuring the efficient operation of ML pipelines at scale.
Note: This role is part of an infrastructure engineering team and does not involve the application of machine learning models for specific tasks. Instead, the focus is on developing infrastructure products that empower our customers to perform machine learning and data science at scale.

The salary range for this position is $175,100 - $257,500. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
