Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative tools and applications to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements, streamlining workflows to optimize productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison, fostering seamless communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of essential artifacts.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess their alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead automation initiatives to drive internal team metrics improvement and contribute to the reduction of production costs.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in data collection, input, verification, and analysis to ensure data integrity and precision.
  • Present data in various formats to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with management and clients, facilitating productive interactions and understanding their specific needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in APEX, Python, and Anaconda; particularly utilizing Jupyter Notebooks for data science and analytics work.
  • Exhibit adaptability and a proactive approach in learning and adopting new tools and applications as per evolving technological landscapes.

Responsibilities

As a part of the Health and AI Data group, the Human Intelligence in the Loop (HIL) team provides human intelligence to train and enhance AI models. With a charter to deliver human-in-the-loop services to help accelerate innovation through machine learning, our researchers and annotators create, curate, label, validate, and provide high-quality data

As a HIL Tools team member, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including developing tools and applications, performing process improvements for cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of artifacts through effective liaison with internal teams.
