The Oracle CX Marketing team is building a new product leveraging Oracle Fusion, focusing on data management, powered by an AI based segment builder/explorer and analytical dashboards to enable marketers take advantage of single 360 view of the customer profile, transactional and behavioral data. The team is responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the data to provide the latest focused customer audience for marketers to leverage and to deliver real-time personalised content and recommendations. Combining this product with Oracle’s Marketing product suite, e.g. Responsys and Eloqua, provides the Oracle’s customer with a world class end-to-end solution for their B2C and B2B marketing needs.

Do you have direct Oracle CX product knowledge and experience? Can you develop and review solution architectures for large, complex CX customers? Can you think creatively and combine big-picture perspective with detailed, fact-based recommendations?

Oracle is hiring action-oriented data science architects to join the CX Unity(Enterprise CDP) and work with our most strategic customers. The FusionCDP product and team is new, so you will have the opportunity to play a ground floor and early foundational and technical role for the team and organization.You should come prepared to learn a lot and to help define and drive initiatives in a strong team that is helping Oracle become the #1 product organisation the world.

The ideal candidate must have passion for solving complex and interesting problems in the area of systems integrations, high volume data processing and large-scale system design, have immense data science experience and bring in high engineering standards with sophisticated data science capabilities. As a member of the Architect team, you will assist in defining and developing new releases of software, provide technical leadership to other software developers, and implement changes to existing software to meet changing needs. The ideal candidate will be able to work directly with customers and Product Development to deliver solution design reviews and ongoing architectural reviews, clearly outlining risks and potential problems to help Oracle customers deploy CX-Unity

Must have Qualifications:

• MS/PhD in AI/ML/Statistics or related field emphasizing superior AI/ML skills.
• 10+ years in Full stack Deployment experience working on one or more major cloud providers like OCI, AWS, GCP and Azure etc.
• 8+ years in architecting, implementing and deploying applications involving Python, Algorithms, Java, Springboot, relational databases and SQ
• 5+ years of experience in containers, microservices and appliable frameworks.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML domain and ability to recommend right approach to a problem.
• Familiarity and understanding of distributed computing and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with enterprise architectures, integration models and technologies
• Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices and principles with security-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Data model modules derived from various domain specific data sources.
• Research, develop and apply the latest AI/ML algorithms to get new insights on extensive and varied data sets.
• Build, verify, tune, deploy advanced machine learning models
• Build out the GenAI platform for CX marketing use cases
• Build and deploy genAI models for Fusion Marketing
• Be a subject matter expert (technical) on oracle Unity.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal and customer stakeholders.
• Perform architectural audits of implementations and help resolve escalated issues by suggesting technical best practices independently
• Work with the product management and development organizations to provide execution details on technical architecture for future releases.
• Must have a complete understanding of the product architecture.
• Must be able to render the customers with some of the best practices for integrations and suggest how to derive the best out of our product.
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to all audiences
• Work and mentor in a collaborative, agile development environment.
• Ability to publish and/or contribute to the creation and sharing of best practices, white papers, training, webinars and workshops. 15% of employee time will be allocated to these tasks.
• Reconcile multiple viewpoints to establish a clear and deliverable map to successful deployments

Detailed Description and Job Requirements:

• Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation for deployment of AI/ML models and LLM models. Design, write, and deploy software to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Oracle products and services.
• Develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale AI/ML systems and LLM systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
• Work as part of DevSecOps team on the Oracle Unity team to understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioural characteristics of production services.
• Responsible for the design and delivery of the mission critical stack, with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance. Authority for end-to-end performance and operability. knowledge of ML and LLM security privacy is absolutely essential
• Partner with development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture. Articulate technical characteristics of services and technology areas and guide Development Teams to engineer and add premier capabilities to the Oracle Cloud service portfolio.
• Understand and communicate the scale, capacity, security, performance attributes, and requirements of the service and technology stack. Demonstrate clear understanding of automation and orchestration principles. Ability to explain this within product and customer teams as needed.
• Act as ultimate escalation point for complex or critical issues that have not yet been documented as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Utilize a deep understanding of service topology and their dependencies required to troubleshoot issues and define mitigations.
• Understand and explain the effect of product architecture decisions on distributed systems. Professional curiosity and a desire to a develop deep understanding of services and technologies.
• Identifies solutions to knowledge of server hardware and software configuration, networking, standard internet services, scripting languages, cloud computing patterns, technology security and compliance.
• Experience running large scale customer facing web services. Identifies solutions to understanding of load balancing technologies and experience with development in programming languages, databases and big data stores, and container technologies. Work involves defining and documenting technical architecture of complex and highly scalable products
