This vacancy is in the Cloud engineering area with a focus on Artificial Intelligence , to work in the Knowledge team at Oracle Latin America.

We are looking for someone with experience in proposing solutions, who can connect customer needs with our portfolio of solutions, especially services focused on Artificial Intelligence. The focus is on business benefits across our customers' entire value chain, creating a clear and viable adoption roadmap and direct alignment with sales.

We create and lead provocative and transformational proposals with our customers, and we also educate and help customer teams, from different roles, to learn, adopt, prove and have the best experience with Oracle Cloud services, that is, hands-on total!

Having a business vision is indeed important because one of the tasks is to support business studies ( Business Cases ), but we are also prepared to conduct workshops with our customers and partners, perform proof of concepts, provision and configure services, execute some data projects, create some codes and scripts, collaborate and foster communities, and use creativity in creating demos and usage scenarios for the various platform services in the Cloud.

In this fast-paced, constantly changing world, more than being satisfied with your knowledge, it is crucial to be willing to learn, unlearn and relearn at all times.

Responsibilities

• Artificial Intelligence platform and models for Language, Computer Vision and Speech (Oracle Data Science, Oracle Generative AI, Oracle AI Services, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Whisper, AWS Bedrock Gemini, Open AI and others).
• Training, fine-tuning and deploying LLM models (Meta Llama, Cohere, Mistral, ChatGPT, Bert and others).
• Development of RAG (Retrieval Argumented Generation) and LangChain architectures.
• Knowledge of Vector databases (Open Search, ChromeDB, Pinecone and others).
• Artificial Intelligence frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Keras and others.
• Knowledge in planning and administration of Infrastructure for Artificial Intelligence based on GPUs.
• Advanced English.
