Job Description
- Sets strategy and provides leadership for Talent Acquisition across the region. Responsible for setting the strategy for attracting, sourcing and hiring the right talent for the region.
- Partners across HR and with the Regional and OU Leaders to ensure successful execution of the talent acquisition strategies.
- Responsible for adoption of technology platforms for the region.
- Responsible for the full Recruiting funnel for the region.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Preferred : PGDBA in Human Resources
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with AI, Python, Data Science SAP, and cybersecurity is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Tools:
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other sourcing platforms is preferred.
