Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Technical Expertise:

  • Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate automation tools and technologies.
  • Design and develop automation solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and machine learning.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of automation specialists and developers.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement best practices for process automation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading process automation projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies such as RPA, AI, machine learning, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in UiPath
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Working Conditions:

  • The role is Hybrid with anywhere between 3-5 days in office
  • The location is Hyderabad only hence relocation is a must
