Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our AI Journeys product team in San Francisco (hybrid, in-office Tues-Thurs). AI Journeys is a new performance marketing product that drives meaningful revenue lift for marketers by delivering 1:1 personalized engagement to their audience at scale.

• Scale up new experiments to become integral parts of the core product
• Interface directly with clients, client-facing teams, and design to understand user needs, develop insights, and inform and drive our roadmap

About you

• You have 3+ years of experience as a product manager
• You measure your success through shipped full products and can point to specific examples where you have owned a high-impact release from discovery through scaling impact
• You may have past successes optimizing consumer journeys, driving user acquisition, and/or solving for growth constraints
• You think deeply, quickly, and analytically: you are adept at sorting through data and using it to make decisions, and focus on rapidly delivering impact
• You are a fountain of ideas: you are creative, deeply attuned to the needs and experiences of end-users, and inspired to constantly improve the status quo
• You become the go-to person for whatever you touch: you are obsessed with the details, swiftly develop command of new areas, and always follow through
• You work well with others: you are an excellent communicator and storyteller (written and verbal, both with technical and non-technical audiences), and build strong rapport with cross-functional partners and leadership
• You embrace change: you are a little bit impatient, comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking on risk, and always find a way, even if it requires iterating once or twice

For US based applicants:

• The US base salary range for this full time position is $140,000 - $200,000 annually + equity + benefits
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
