Job Description

Grid Dynamics, a global software services company driving enterprise-level digital transformation solutions for Fortune 1000 corporations, is looking for a Senior ML Engineer.

Essential functions

• Build machine learning tooling for all phases of the ML lifecycle, including model training, data ETL, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions that align LLMs to specific use cases.
• Develop reusable and user-friendly tools to integrate with existing data and machine learning systems.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, particularly related to Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python, including experience with machine learning frameworks (Jax, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience in building scalable deep learning systems.
• Familiarity with large-scale data infrastructure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal/external teams and virtual environments.

Would be a plus

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Experience with Java/Scala.
