Job Description

Join our team as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on CPG/Retail/Manufacturing/Supply Chain and Inventory Management domains. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-level architectures and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive optimal product performance.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly and effectively understanding business issues and challenges
• Experience in Solutions and Enterprise Architecture in CPG/Retail and Manufacturing/Supply Chain verticals
• Eliciting business needs and assisting in the refinement of business requirements
• Helping to define the set of concepts, processes, and services that comprise the enterprise's value chain and operations
• Working with business and technology leaders to understand current and future-state process flows
• Translating complex topics, concepts, and business opportunities into possible solutions that will help the company take advantage of market opportunities or overcome business challenges
• Engaging with business and IT groups to align solution architecture with strategic business direction
• Translating requirements into solution diagrams and other artifactsPresenting artifacts to IT delivery teams to assist with the estimation and systems design process
• Providing coaching and guidance on solution options (based on understanding of industry trends and customer expectations)
• Building a trusted advisor relationship with business leaders of our customers
• Contributing to a consolidated business and technology roadmap (ensuring that resources, interdependencies and business priorities are effectively aligned)
• Facilitating or influencing changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and/or optimal product performance
• Staying periodically engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure ongoing alignment to solution architecture
• Providing expertise to other members of the solution architecture team on select topics

Requirements:

MUST HAVE experience:

• In-depth, hands-on experience with one of these tech stacks (Java, NET) and at least one of the following stacks - Python/Ruby/Angular2/HTML5-CSS3-JavaScript-Node.JS
• Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Experience with one or more technology domains, such as mobile, storage, networking, etc.
• 8 + years of Solutions Architecture experience (or equivalent enterprise architecture experience). Preferable if the current role is that of an enterprise or Solution Architect
• Total 15+ years of total experience as a seasoned Technology professional and a seasoned customer-facing architect
• Demonstrated success quickly understanding business capabilities and aligning capabilities to solutions
• Proven track record of designing scalable solutions at the enterprise level
• End-to-end critical thinking skills an proven analytical capabilities
• Strong communication skills (e.g. active listening, requirements elicitation, oral, written, presentation, group facilitation, consensus building)
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams to consensus on common solutions
• Strong documentation skills (especially in support of enterprise standards and processes)
• Experience estimating solution resourcing and timelines
• Proficiency with Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Relevant undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experiences
• Experience white-boarding solutions and options in client-facing situations and leading pre-sales engagements including Design-led Workshops/Discoveries
• Strong experience with at least one cloud: GCP, AWS, or Azure (ideally many)
• Highly desired hands-on:
