Job Description

The Director will lead the team that:

• Works closely with sales specialist to understand the overall business needs of customers, develops end to end solutions to meet these needs (leveraging TFB solutions, partner solutions etc), sets best practice on winning these opportunities and works with product teams to ensure solutions developed are repeatable and scalable for other customers.
• Provides specialist Support to field SEs and specialist sellers on all our solutions (ANS, IoT, Security, Collaboration, HSI). This specialist team acts as the 301, 401 level experts on products providing demonstration and design support to field SEs and specialist.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads the Solutions Engineering function senior management team
• Participates in key solution opportunities
• Represents TFB at customer and industry events
• Supports TFB Sales director and VP teams for Enterprise and Strategic as Solutions engineering lead

​Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred Technology focused degree & additional business qualification (MBA) preferred (Required)

Work Experience

• More than 10 years Solution sales (Required)
• More than 10 years Leading people (Required)
• 4-7 years Leading people managers (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Telecommunications Expert knowledge of telecommunications technology, standards and trends (Required)
• Software Development Expert knowledge of software development (Required)
• Managed Services Expert knowledge in building Managed services (Required)
• SaaS Experience in building and leading SaaS based solutions (Required)
• Technology Strong understanding of new and emerging technologies particularly AI, Blockchain, Edge compute, 5G, IoT (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

• People leadership- demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $182,800 - $247,300

Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
