The Un-carrier seeks a highly motivated program manager to join its cybersecurity & data management compliance team in Legal Affairs.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic legal department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and driving compliance initiatives related to data management and cybersecurity. What you’ll do in your role.

  • Enhance and maintain compliance programs related to cybersecurity, data management, and data protection
  • Partner with legal and business experts to create new compliance programs to meet new legal requirements and support the launch of new business initiatives
  • Identify potential compliance risks and help drive mitigation measures in partnership with business or legal colleagues
  • Establish and track compliance metrics for reporting to stakeholders and management
  • Champion technological change, automation, and AI to help make compliance more effective and efficient

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2+ years legal, regulatory, or cybersecurity compliance experience
  • 2+ years program management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills to concisely articulate priorities and risks
  • Proficient in managing numerous and competing projects with complex dependencies, resources, and due dates
  • Ability to execute on projects and implement big picture ideas with minimal supervision
  • Adept at driving change across complex organizations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $63,800 - $115,100

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
