Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to serve as a product owner and problem-solving resource for business and engineering teams.

This role will focus on driving success for Audience Targeting solutions by driving innovative data solutions. The PM will work closely with our global Software Development teams. In this role, you will be working with top tier technical talent and business executives to ensure efficient delivery of various projects, including data analysis, market research, functional improvements and customer-facing features. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Product, Marketing, Software Development, and Commercial teams to gather requirements, scope project deliverables, drive roadmap prioritization and deliver incredible products that deliver value to our customers. This role reports directly to the Manager of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage prioritization and roadmap for core data builds responsible for targeting and id graph products.
• Oversee end to end Delivery of functional projects from Ideation till post release
• Manage product backlogs and provide prioritization guidance to business and engineering.
• Identify problems and drive to resolutions, balancing the need for speed, accuracy, and overall focus.
• Support and maintain excellent documentation, including Product Release notes, Process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Distill large sets of complex information into meaningful, bit-sized summaries.
• Handling Multitasking and Multiple roles shuffling from Product Owner to Project Manager
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Additional Skills and/or Certifications

• At least 4-7 years of working in agile product development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Product Manager with experience of overseeing all elements of product development lifecycle.
• Functional expertise with of project management tools, like Jira
• Passionate, hard-working and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Highly organized and capable of managing many parallel moving projects at once.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Experience working in AdTech, MarTech and big data is a plus
