What's the role?

We are looking for a product manager with industry domain knowledge around Syndicated Loans or private markets with an emphasis on pricing & valuation and/or risk management. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Syndicated loans or private direct lending. In addition, the candidate will have an understanding of the challenges, opportunities and market landscape of private credit direct lending and syndicated loans.

The product manager will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, marketing, adoption and enhancement of our syndicated loans and private credit offering working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure we deliver a market leading pricing solution to our customers.

We’ll trust you to:

• -    Have a clear vision for your product(s), articulating how it solves problems and delivers value to our customers.

• -    Develop a roadmap and lead execution through an agile development process, documenting requirements in our internal systems.

•  Effectively manage a roadmap, data product specifications, prioritization, and backlog by continually addressing business needs

•    Work with market specialists and analytics teams to maintain a high level of client outreach, interaction and feedback

•     Deep understanding of our customers and their needs, challenges, and workflows, and regulatory environments as well as our competitive environment and market conditions.

•     Identify and track strategic goals, outcomes, and key success metrics to measure impact.

You’ll need to have:

•  5+ years experience working with syndicated loans or private credit

• Proven understanding of the loan market or private markets and their valuation methodologies

• Fluency with data and understanding of product metrics

•    Ability to create strategic goals, prioritize outcomes, and develop roadmaps with multiple stakeholders internally and externally

•     Experience in project management, strong organizational skills, and an ability to map dependencies

•    Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

We’d love to see:

• A good understanding of the Bloomberg Terminal and its' functionality as it pertains to Syndicated Loans or private credit

• Prior experience managing an engineering team

• Familiarity with agile principles and demonstrable experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects and initiatives.

• Prior experience at a startup developing a new product or growing an existing one

• Proficient with statistics and data science techniques and tools such as Python, R, cloud computing, SQL preferred

Salary Range = 140000 - 295000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
