10x Genomics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team within our Operations division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, a passion for life sciences, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to improve quality processes and product quality. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and quality of our data, enabling our researchers and scientists to make data-driven decisions. You will also serve a crucial position in identifying technical requirements to lead the successful configuration and deployment of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and a Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS).

Below is the base pay range for this full time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, base pay is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package. This role is also eligible for 10x’s equity grants, its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and its annual bonus program or sales incentive program.
