Your responsibilities

You are joining the Data Science & Machine Learning team of the GOLD product R&D. Reporting to the Data Science Director, you will be in charge of:

• Supervise, monitor and organize a team of young AI developers.

• Understand and model the business data exposed to you;

• Define the data, organization and pre-processing necessary to provide a solution to meet the expressed need;

• Define the nature of the filters and structures necessary for exploiting the data;

• Carry out validity and generalization tests of filters, data structures and functional platforms;

• Implement processes to secure the operation of artificial intelligence modules;

• Write specifications to develop a software solution using this data and data models;

• Present and explain these specifications to customers, internal R&D or project teams;

• Contribute to the validation of the release of software implementing its specifications (by contributing to intermediate and final tests, via the writing of test scenarios or the execution of sampled tests on the qualification environments).

You will be required to work with:

• Your colleagues in R&D (business experts in charge of functional specifications, developers, architects, documentation and translation team);

• Client project teams in the event of specific work with a client (particular problem, beta-test client having access to features in advance, etc.).

• Environnement technique : Outils de Machine Learning (Random Forest, MLP, Deep Learning, xgboost), Python, Cloud Azure, Docker, kubernetes, Spark, Oracle, notre ERP GOLD.

Your profile & your skills

• You have a Bac+5 degree with a specialization in Mathematics or Data Science;

• You have 10 years of experience in Machine Learning and data science, a field that you are passionate about;

• You are comfortable in a bilingual French/English environment (international context of teams and projects);

• You are proficient in Data software developer tools: Python, PySpark, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Azure DevOps, GIT, Docker, etc.

• You are proficient in one or more databases among: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, Tableau, Power Bi;

• You are a quick learner;

• You have good interpersonal skills; you like working in a team and you are a good communicator.

• You know how to interact with different levels of hierarchy and adapt your speech accordingly;

• You are able to manage multiple and changing priorities across multiple parallel work
