Job Description

As an Assistant Staff in the Accelerated Learning domain, you will work with your team to address key stakeholder needs and further the Group's mission by:

• Developing individualized learning pipelines based on deep understanding of language learning concepts to accelerate language acquisition
• Creating novel AI-based tools to infer individuals' cognitive states using physiological signals
• Develop software to deploy laboratory-developed systems into real-world environments where training and education occurs
• Designing and executing human subject studies to validate new learning paradigms

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, data science, mathematics, statistics, applied linguistics/psychology/neuroscience and related fields.

• Strong in AI: Experience with Python and current AI methods (e.g.: Generative AI, Foundation Models/Large Language Models), Responsible AI, Machine Learning (e.g.: model tuning/training, PyTorch, deep learning, transformers)
