What You Will Do

Are you interested in trailblazing and deploying new AI & ML scenarios for our own products? Do you want to push the envelope on what our product can do? As a Customer Zero leader, you will get to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders (IT, Finance, Engineering, Sales, GTM, HR, Security, Procurement, etc) to determine how to enable key scenarios to make their employee experience better using our own product. At Moveworks, we are committed to embodying the spirit of innovation and excellence that defines our products—Moveworks Copilot, Knowledge Studio, Creator Studio, Search, etc. As a technical product evangelist, you will lead Customer Zero initiatives for our own suite of solutions, leveraging them to their maximum potential, challenging their limits, and providing invaluable feedback to our product and engineering teams. By doing so, you will not only refine our offerings but also share these transformative experiences with our customers and inspire them.

  • Project Management: Manage Customer Zero projects from inception to completion, including reporting, tracking, and KPI determination to ensure program success.
  • Technical Hands-On Experience: Utilize your technical expertise to develop compelling use cases, with a deep understanding of our product capabilities, including REST APIs, SaaS integrations, and enterprise automation tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather requirements from diverse business units and translating them into actionable use cases.
  • Strategic Prioritization: Identify and prioritize Customer Zero use cases across various business functions.
  • Develop external facing content: Create external facing content that highlights the innovative scenarios developed internally, showcasing our product's capabilities and inspiring customers.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, SaaS integrations, enterprise automation tools (iPaaS - Integration platform as a service, API Management, RPA - Robotic Process Automation)
  • Design, develop, and maintain experience APIs, focusing on usability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication for all levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive to clarity and collaborative results in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrates knowledge in at least one of the key areas (IT, HR, Finance, GTM, CS, or Procurement), ensuring a nuanced approach to translating use cases.

Compensation Range: $157,000 - $223,000
