  • You lead and be the ECO in your area (Business Unit, Country, Function)
  • You are a key business partner of the regional lead team and champion a culture of integrity within the organization and among all employees
  • You lead cross-functional projects, influence and implement global compliance programs and governance
  • You simplify and innovate processes and how we work together (e.g., artificial intelligence)
  • You drive data-based decision making across your business partners, fostering a principle based E&C program
  • Develop positive, trustful and successful relationships with business partners fostering a speak-up culture and learning mindset
  • Assess, monitor and evaluate risk areas as well as support business partners in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive activities
  • Collaborate with ASG E&C colleagues and business partners on the localization of E&C procedures and lead the implementation and communication

If You Can Look Back On The Following Successes In Your Career To Date, You Bring The Best Prerequisites With You:

  • Minimum 8+ years’ work experience in a company, consulting, or similar area’s (ideally pharmaceuticals)
  • Bachelor/master’s/MBA degree or Ph.D. and professional experience, ideally in E&C, legal, or business area’s with close collaboration
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare regulation rules and able to provide guidance on external procedures
  • Strong ethical compass and integrity comprehension
  • Strong business partner skills and influencing decisions at executive level
  • High learning agility, failing forward mindset, and fast adaptability
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box mindset
  • High ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Strong capability in conflict and change management (communication, story-telling)
  • Strong in analytical, strategic, critical thinking
  • Proven large scale project management skills
  • Language skills: fluent English and German
  • Positive mindset & have fun at work
