What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will implement scale, re-use and speed in the design, engineering and deployment of AI Monitoring solutions. Leading both the strategy and execution of the monitoring capability that will enable sophisticated AI systems to drive innovation in operations across various domains and formats, using innovative AI technologies and tools.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Effectively lead, develop, and mentor a technical team responsible for creating an enterprise AI Monitoring capability and platform, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting diversity and inclusion across all teams.
  • Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Monitoring, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging and relevant solutions for our customers and users.
  • Establish and maintain best practices and standards for AI Monitoring, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of AI Monitoring, in areas such as predictive maintenance, performance tracking, quality assurance and security/compliance, using data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and innovation.
  • Research and explore new trends, technologies, and opportunities in the field of AI Monitoring, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring our competitive edge.

What You Should Bring

  • A proven track record of leading teams, projects, and processes, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Advanced technical skills that are demonstrated in how you use technology daily to accelerate and advance impact.
  • Applied experience and knowledge in the application of Generative AI or other AI to provide monitoring solutions that provide real time detection with suggestions or action and proactively prevent issues from happening.
  • Prior experience using natural language processing (NLP), Foundation Models (FMs), and modern Large Language Models (LLMs), and other machine learning algorithms to create monitoring products and features.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for storytelling, innovation, and excellence, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, and innovation interest.

Your Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience with expertise in industry standard methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in working with AI technologies and tools, such as natural language processing (NLP), AI generation, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, etc.

Additional Preferences:

  • Position located in Indianapolis, Indiana working in a hybrid model. Remote work within the US may be considered.
  • Travel may be required periodically.
