YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TRAINEE:

• Responsibility for short and long-term projects to drive customer service level improvement across categories within Central Europe based on the newest technologies' usage (Power BI, SAP and other PG platforms)

• Responsibility for supply chain innovation implementation

• Working closely with our supply chain partners to drive value for our customers and create innovative solutions competitive in our dynamic environment

• Working with our Sales department and focus on improving quality of customer promotions and features planning

• Being key source of customer knowledge and drive the E2E supply chain synchronization program in a customer centric way

You’ll expand your knowledge based on personal experiences with industry experts and great managers who will invest in your development. Through the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, and develop your understanding of what it means to be a leader. All of that as part of a team in which trust, team spirit, passion for winning and leadership are very important.

Job Qualifications

THIS IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU:

• Are a student of final years of studies (BA/MA) or fresh graduate (up to 12 months after graduation) of all faculties

• Have interest, motivation and passion for a career in strategical logistics operations

• Are fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken)

• Have excellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)

• Have very strong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skills

• Have ability to grow by taking advantages on rapid changes and positive attitude towards challenges and change

• Enjoy working with diverse organizations and teams and have strong collaboration skills

• No experience is required, however initial understanding and exposure gathered via engagement in e.g. student organizations, volunteering, internships, education, courses etc. or strong interest in the area will be considered as an advantage
