Job Description
- Constructively disrupts current Data Science practices in GenAI field.
- Leads the design and development of scaled Generative AI solution.
- Applies technical knowledge in prompt engineering, advanced LLM implementation, agent development to deliver accurate and impactful generative AI capabilities for various applications.
- Conduct research on the latest Generative AI algorithms and techniques to enhance solution performance.
- Actively participates and contributes to a community of practice group.
- Quantifies improvement in business areas resulting from use of the algorithms and modeling.
- Works with Data and Software Engineering teams to product algorithms.
Qualifications
- Master in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related field
- Strong background in data science, machine learning or AI
- Proven work experience in advanced generative AI techniques including prompt engineering, LLM implementation and agent development
- Strong programming skills in language such as Python
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns and insights from data and business process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and develop AI solutions
