Job Description

Join our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) team, a dynamic group that is at the forefront of data-driven engagements across the customer lifecycle. You will lead our Inception Analytics function, which will partner with Lifecycle Marketers to perform in-depth research into technical administration and end-user behavior data across our entire product portfolio to identify strategic opportunities for new lifecycle experiences that increase time to value, adoption, renewal and growth among our customers.

In this exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys using data and insights to clarify complexity, you will report to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will be the primary point of contact, defining the needs of our lifecycle marketers through actionable data research surveys, ensuring your analysis provides insights that will enable informed design decisions to be made. You will actively participate in the formulation of strategy at Autodesk as well as our development of a network between multiple data and analytics teams. You will lead the analysis of complex data sets, provide strategic insights and guide decision-making processes.

We are open to hybrid work and teleworking. If necessary, we go on site for important meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for analysis from lifecycle marketers, developing the driving questions and purpose of the decisions behind the requests.
  • Convert analysis requests into short notes that are designed so that you or another analyst can provide useful information for experiment design.
  • Manage project assignment between data analysts within our team to prioritize an analytics backlog, defining team processes to ensure efficient delivery of work products
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business growth
  • Develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to track metrics and provide actionable insights to lifecycle marketers and our partners
  • Contribute to the development of data governance and quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams and ILM team leaders to communicate our data sources and needs to turn your data into data triggers for targeted experiences
  • Develop presentations to share information with partners, including executives
  • Align with lifecycle marketers and other partners to properly configure and measure experiments and tests.
  • Support ILM lifecycle marketers globally by performing analysis as needed

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or have equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in growth teams and in SaaS or similar environments
  • Experience as a data analyst or similar role, particularly in complex data analysis and strategic information
  • Experience presenting findings and implications and recommendations of analysis to key business stakeholders, using data to story-tell compellingly
  • Analytical skills with ability to work with large and varied data sets
  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present information
  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms
  • Programming skills in languages ​​such as Python or R
  • Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing and ETL processes

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,610. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
