As a Senior Data Analyst in the Innovation and Marketing Lifecycle (ILM) organization, you will join an agile group that leads the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including business-driven growth. products (CAP). You will join a group that works with functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, deliver, test and develop industry-leading go-to-market capabilities to enable scalable growth and deliver value to customers across Autodesk. all sizes. A key part of your role will be to conduct in-depth data explorations across our product range to identify strategic opportunities and define the growth strategy. You will work with Innovation Managers to analyze experiments and test results, evaluate opportunities, and use these results to influence Autodesk partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys using data and information to simplify complexity. You will advise approaches and solutions to influence the direction we take as a team. You will actively participate in the formulation of strategy at Autodesk as well as our development of a network between multiple data and analytics teams. You will lead the analysis of complex data sets, provide strategic insights and guide decision-making processes. Your expertise will help shape our data-driven approach and influence partner teams.

You will join a high-performing team that enjoys working collaboratively.

We work remotely and in a hybrid manner. We travel onsite for important meetings when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business growth
  • Implement A/B testing and experiments to identify growth loops and onboarding and adoption best practices that drive conversion and renewal
  • Maintain data models, dashboards and reports to track metrics and provide relevant information to team members
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their data and reporting needs, deliver and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Advise junior data analysts, providing them with technical expertise and encouraging their professional growth
  • Improve data governance and data quality implementation to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics, data visualization, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams and innovation operations and marketing lifecycle teams to improve our technology stack, data infrastructure, accessibility and use of data
  • Develop presentations to share results with team members, including senior leaders
  • Align innovation managers and other partners to properly configure and measure tests and experiments
  • Collaborate with other data analysts within the innovation and lifecycle marketing team to populate an analytics backlog, and follow team processes to ensure effective delivery of work products across the entire 'business

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g. data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or have equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with growth teams and SaaS software or similar environments
  • Knowledge of product usage data
  • Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present information
  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms
  • Programming skills in languages ​​such as Python or R
  • Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing and ETL processes
