UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for a Data Scientist II, School Public Health
Develop and apply computational methods to analyze NGS data sets. Develop and apply machine learning algorithms to adaptive immune system data sets. Contribute to the code base, development, and support of open-source software packages. Assist in data analysis and interpretation for diverse research projects. Help to manage lab servers and computational infrastructure. Document and present results in written or oral reports to other lab members and collaborators.
