To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our On-Device team. This role will join a talented and senior team of engineers and researchers working to bring the power of Grammarly’s LLM-powered writing assistance onto your computer. On-device is an integral part of Grammarly’s future, and we specifically want to find people with the talent and vision to help us unlock new ideas and product directions.

Our US and Canada locations are categorized into compensation zones based on each geographic region’s cost of labor index. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $337,000 - $403,000 (USD)
Zone 2: $303,000 - $363,000 (USD)
Canada:
Zone 1: $289,000 - $372,000 (CAD)
