Job Description

As the Head of Strategic Growth for the APAC region, you’ll play a vital role in building and growing Moloco’s Retail Media offering. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer growth strategies, continuously monitoring market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats. You’ll establish and nurture strategic partnerships with marketplace customers and retailers to accelerate and expand our market footprint; while advising and enabling clients to launch their own performance ads business powered by Moloco’s Commerce Media solution.

The Opportunity:

The Head of Strategic Growth will lead the team’s work with customer executives, ad business / tech teams, while integrating Moloco’s cross-functional resources to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Enable our customers to be successful by growing their ads business.
  • Create the operating framework to manage the business in partnership with cross functional teams/colleagues.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with a deep understanding of customer verticals.
  • Educate business leaders and advertisers on performance ads value and operations.
  • Drive decision making with a data-driven strategy. Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities by prioritizing customer requirements.
  • Build and lead a strong team to drive customer outcomes.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 10+ years of work experience.
  • Management consulting experience (ideally strategy consulting).
  • Retail media experience and/or exposure preferred.
  • Performance ads monetization experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, building trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to meet customer needs.
  • Strong cross functional skills with multiple stakeholders to accomplish business goals.
  • Data driven, exposure to ML powered products is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, and yet willing to embrace ambiguity.
  • Ownership and passion for continuous growth and success.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast growing global company.
