Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional NLP engineer / scientist who can help us with our efforts in building an LLM based product. The primary objective will be to improve the product by researching and implementing cutting edge technologies and workflows.
To succeed in this role you need to have outstanding skills in NLP, preferably at a research level, while also being able to deliver on the deadlines of a product company.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the product offering to steer direction of technology backend
- Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks
- Build evaluation metrics and setups for the product workflow
- Deploy open source LLM models on the cloud for evaluation
- Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP tasks
- Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of LLMs
Skills:
- Proven experience working solely with LLMs or NLP technologies for 3+ years
- Total work experience of 6+ years preferably in MLOps, engineering, cloud
- Experience with implementing research papers
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Strong communication skills as this role will require translation of technical jargon into product solutions
- Preferably a masters or PhD in a related field
- Python expertise
