What You'll Do

• Manage client accounts and bring world-class candidates to address their dynamic needs
• Utilize our internal AI systems and technology to quickly source, match, and engage candidates

• Wear multiple hats between strategic, tactical, and operational recruiting as we grow Moonhub
• Establish relationships with new and existing clients surrounding recruiting needs

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Drive to be the best and grow quickly
• Strong communication skills

US Applicants

• The expected total compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 in the US.
• This position is eligible for significant commission
