Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and module splitting of the AI ​​framework in the game, including but not limited to the design and promotion of related work such as player AI, NPC behavior AI, auxiliary clearance AI, machine learning, anthropomorphic AI, and AI behavior placement in various gameplay modes. ;
• Participate in assisting in level design, promote the production and experience optimization of level AI, support and provide AI used by monsters or NPCs;
• In-depth understanding of AIGC related industries, understand the combination of AI and games, and investigate the use of different AIs in game categories Application scenarios;
• Go deep into the main process of game development, promote the commercialization of AI capabilities, innovate production tools, and use various methods to enhance the game experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, love the game industry, and have rich game experience;
• Understand AI production methods such as machine learning and behavior trees, and those with relevant experience in using game engines or editor products for AI production will be preferred;
• Have good innovative thinking and ideas, be able to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm and desire to explore unfamiliar fields, and be able to drive product innovation based on value and effect;
• Have strong learning ability and teamwork ability, and have the ability to work in upstream and downstream industries Awareness of coordinating the resources of all parties in the work chain to achieve goals.
