Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design the production process and plan for the corpus required for AI products, and during the actual business operation process, proactively and timely adjust according to the actual situation to be responsible for the final quantity and high content quality;
- Organize and manage a team of annotators to control output;
- Work closely with the technical and evaluation teams to proactively understand the final corpus quality requirements;
- Continuously explore lower-cost and high-quality corpus production solutions.
Requirements
- Have a good sense of content, be familiar with the content consumption habits of the younger generation, and be able to quickly capture industry trends and core user needs;
- Have experience in AI corpus production and annotation, and understand Chinese and English AI corpus production standards and methods will be preferred;
- Deep understanding User content consumption habits in English area, overseas study or work experience will be preferred;
- Have the ability to independently analyze problems, define problems and solve problems, and have excellent understanding and communication skills.
