Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end QA processes for a wide range of Localization and Data Services projects.
• Initiate and execute planned verifications and tests, making adjustments for scalability, functionality, and usability.
• Report quality issues (quality process or performance).
• Analyze and evaluate statistical reports to proactively identify and improve individual and team results, to improve client satisfaction.
• Make recommendations for revisions or improvements, based on client feedback.
• Reports time and other process performance data on a daily basis as required.
• Support the Quality Team with other tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a similar role.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with AI Data Services - data labeling and annotation, written and spoken data collection for training and testing AI models.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Solid understanding and hands-on practice of QA models.
• Hands-on knowledge & experience with computer-aided translation (CAT) tools as well as Translation Management Systems.
• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
