Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine AI models, with a focus on audio and text applications, to support business needs.

• Work closely with the development team to deploy and integrate models into the company's platform pipeline.

• Collaborate with end users and developers to ensure alignment between AI solutions and business requirements.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive insights and recommendations.

• Familiarize and work with Business Intelligence tools, particularly AWS Quicksight, to create data-driven reports and visualizations.

• Drive improvements in model accuracy and relevance through iterative testing and refinement.

• Collaborate in a cross-functional setting to identify and solve data challenges.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in data science, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Understanding of AI models and their applications, with a particular emphasis on audio and text processing.

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, especially AWS Quicksight.

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate findings and insights effectively.

• Knowledge in Python scripting and SQL query language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven track record in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs.
