Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Data and analytics business analyst to join our Data & analytics team at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. What you will be doing:

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our data and analytics team and the connected applications like ERP, CRM, Service now etc. to ensure seamless operation and implementation of reporting with our business areas and business units. You will be responsible for gathering the requirements, analysis, and project management in collaboration with businesses and the group team.

You will be responsible for driving the requirement gathering with the business stakeholders and translating them into design and solution specifications. You will also plan and conduct investigations in case of any issues found in the reports and provide recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will participate in various forums to align on the priority of requirements and communicate the progress and status of the projects including training. Moreover, you will work closely with the source applications to understand the possibility of the use cases and how to solve them. This function is more in line with the analytics team, which provides data analytics insights to businesses.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s engineering Degree in Computer Science, data science, Information Systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with people at all levels of a business.

• A minimum of four years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing/IT sector is required.

• Have great analytical skills and be exceptionally organized, governed, and systematic.

• Experience in managing development and innovation using Agile or iterative project techniques and methodologies.

• Experience of engaging with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.

• Expertise in the ability to communicate effectively and clearly to business and technical teams at all levels in an organization.

• Good understanding and minimum experience in data visualization software (PowerBI, QlikView) for effective data presentation.

Ability to define multiple solution options to solve business problems.

Strong project management skill and experienced in managing onshore/offshore team.

Strong project management skills and experience in managing onshore/offshore team and attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethics.

Sound understanding and expertise to use all DevOps and project management tools (JIRA, Teamwork etc.) and documentation tools (SharePoint, Confluence).

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.

You are a leader and team player, responsible and proactive problem solver that independently delivers according to strategy and goals. You are structured and pay attention to details.

Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues. Due to the global nature of the organization, the role requires some travel.
