Position Title: Lead Business Analyst

Location: 318 Seaboard Lane, Ste. 110, Franklin, TN 37067

Position Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the Business units, as well as the quality and development teams. Gather the requirements as part of the CPAAS (Communication Platform as a Service) requirement elicitation process. Work with Business, Marketing teams to document use cases on CPaaS integration with SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for digital health communications. Perform the Market Research along with consulting different customers to come up with out of the box Product features, defining them following Lean Agile Business Case framework. Based on the business requirement, prepare the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and writing Features, User Stories following INVEST Agile Methodology on Rally. Prepare the Requirement Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Mockup screens, Wireframes and User Manuals. Prepare requirement traceability matrix to the development team to understand the impacted areas of the requirement. Derive the entire development life cycle of the product development (leveraging Machine Learning Algorithms, RPA), dashboard design and reporting mechanism within CPAAS. Own the product backlog, ensuring it is well defined and groomed with the team. Prepare an understanding around the specific entities that should be part of the CPAAS Dashboard Ex: Various graphs, reporting mechanism, and actionable insights to do measure the member engagement performance. Work with integration architects, Product Director and Business team to design future state of CPaaS and solution the requirements. Lead Portfolio Kanban sessions to walkthrough features to leadership and teams. Lead PI Planning sessions every quarter as a Product Manager to prioritize features and present to leadership including business, stakeholders, Director, Architect and teams. Guide teams wherever required with use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Document Management System (preferably filenet and alfresco) functionalities to better incline with CPaaS integration and business requirements. Act as a POC for end-to-end implementation of requirements by the teams and provide sign off postproduction deployments and testing. Document release notes as and when the functionalities are built and deployed for users and business to refer as a guide to the product CPaaS, SFMC.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: CPaaS; Business Analysis; Product Management; Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Alfresco; Filenet; Healthcare Domain; Visio; Lucid Charts; SQL; Ampscript; HTML; SSJS, and; Unix. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required.
