freiheit.com is an internet pioneer that was founded in Hamburg in 1999 and develops digital online products for international customers. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects.

Our digital products are used by millions of users. Every product has significant strategic relevance for our customers and is therefore crucial for their economic success. We are known for our high reputation in the market.

We have been working for the Who’s Who of German and European industrial and commercial companies – across all sectors – for over 25 years. Retail, automotive, e-commerce, healthcare and more. We have always achieved our ambitious growth goals in recent years and are now continuing to expand our international team.

We currently have a team of 200 employees from 29 nations in our offices in Hamburg and Lisbon. We are looking for ambitious, open and well-connected sales colleagues with a technology background for both locations.

ABOUT YOUR JOB

• As a business associate, you work directly with the management team and founders of freiheit.com , so you get to know entrepreneurial thinking first hand. Right from the start, you take on more responsibility step by step.
• You will work with several teams in a highly agile environment with top employees from the areas of software engineering, data science, UI/UX engineering or artificial intelligence for top tier customers. You will support effective, reliable and numbers-driven product development and learn what it means to deliver it on time and budget.
• You work closely with our customers to understand and implement their goals. You will help to expand these customer relationships and make them commercially successful.
• You will work closely with our directors throughout the entire project life cycle: from the first contract negotiation to project finalization. You will also support the identification of new customers as well as the development and maintenance of existing customer relationships.

ABOUT YOU

• You want to work right from the start and learn how to think and act like an entrepreneur. The success of your projects and your customers is your top priority.
• You have a first-class university degree in the field of economics, preferably an MBA. You may have already had initial experience in a technology (software, data, cloud) company or startup.
• You are reliable, can act independently and solution-oriented and want to actively participate.
• You are confident in dealing with numbers, have an analytical way of thinking and speak business-fluent English.
• Your special communication skills and your feeling for our customers enable you to appear confident and convincing.
• You are ready to learn something new and develop yourself every day. You accept challenges without losing sight of the risks. You are honest and have a sense of humor. You don't want just any job, you want to make a difference with your ideas and your skills.
