Sands Capital is seeking a motivated Business Analytics Intern to support our Planning & Analytics Team with data transformation, data visualization, and internal data analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and inquisitive. They will have an interest in working on a variety of projects ranging from database management to data visualization. The candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize, and switch quickly between tasks while communicating effectively with different teams.
In addition to specific data transformation and visualization projects, the intern will be exposed to and expected to support, as needed, the full workflow of the Planning & Analytics team. The intern will gain an understanding of our firm’s operations as well as industry trends and developments.
Our internship program serves to identify motivated and talented undergraduates who will gain relevant skills and knowledge through the internship. The internship program will begin on June 3, 2024 and end on August 9, 2024. This role is expected to work from our Arlington, VA office on a hybrid schedule at a minimum of two days per week in office or as directed by your manager, depending on team needs. Please know that the hybrid schedule is subject to change, as directed by our Executive Management Team, at any time.
