Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize AI algorithms and models for processing structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI and GenAI technologies, applying new techniques and best practices to ongoing projects.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Document AI models, algorithms, and systems for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on GenAI solutions.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing new algorithms and approaches.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
