WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling. You bring prior experience to the role of formulating analytical problems, extracting & analyzing data from multiple systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations–this will set you up for success on Day 1.
  • Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.
  • Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations.
  • Collaboration and Communication. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You’re comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent plus ten (10) years of related experience. Master’s or PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, predictive analytics or another quantitative field plus two (5) years of related experience.
  • Understanding of ontologies and knowledge graphs: Familiarity with ontology design principles, knowledge representation languages (RDF, OWL), and query languages (SPARQL).
  • Experience building and manipulating knowledge graphs: Ability to extract information from various sources, integrate it into a knowledge graph, and reason over the relationships between entities.
  • Knowledge of knowledge graph applications: Understanding how knowledge graphs can be used in various domains, such as recommendation systems, search engines, and natural language processing tasks.
  • Familiarity with specific knowledge graph platforms: Experience with existing platforms like Neo4j, Stardog, or Google AI Platform for Knowledge Graph Construction could be an advantage.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks building NLU/NLP machine learning models.
  • Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, neural networks, deep learning social network analysis, etc.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps / CICD frameworks for container deployments (Docker / Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Amazon and Microsoft cloud service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Experience as a computational linguist with a specialization in data annotation and language modeling.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $75,600.00 – $202,590.00 / Year
