Job Description

In this role, you will not only draw upon your technical knowledge and strategic mindset but also leverage your leadership skills and capacity to foster effective relationships across all levels of the organization. You will lead through challenging situations, apply your in-depth understanding of emerging data trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead in the conceptualization, evaluation, design, integration, and documentation for data architecture for CoverMyMeds. Collaborate closely with the technology and business teams, fostering a culture of transparency and mutual respect. Drive alignment with key stakeholders across multiple functions to unify data requirements. Integrate data requirements from diverse functional domains into a comprehensive enterprise data model. Develop a unified data fabric/mesh architecture, ensuring seamless access and data processing capabilities across a diverse range of data sources and types. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure data model accuracy. Leverage expertise in various data repository technologies and tools, overseeing the movement of data and metadata across disparate repositories and tools.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, including data requirements collection, data architecture analysis, evaluation, documentation, data modeling, design, development, model validation, and data integration. Ability to deliver and develop presentations to diverse audiences, including data practitioners and executive stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in translating customer data requirements into conceptual and logical data models. Proficiency in data tools such as:

• Data Modeling Tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, IBM InfoSphere Data Architect, Erwin Data Modeler, or Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler)
• Database Management Systems (DBMS) (e.g., Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
• ETL Tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Oracle Data Integrator, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or Talend)
• Data Warehousing Tools (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Oracle Exadata, or Teradata)
• Big Data Tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka)

Additional Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in reviewing enterprise and data architecture artifacts, deliverables, and processes for quality standards.
• Balanced understanding of both the technical and business aspects of data architecture.
• Proven experience developing architectures at various levels, including enterprise, segment, and solution architectures.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$157,700 - $262,900
