Role

We are seeking a visionary Digital Experience Leader to shape our intelligence engine, providing personalized, educational experiences for our users. As the lead of an agile product team your focus will be on creating individualized dynamic digital experiences by analyzing user data, generating key insights, designing Artificial Intelligence solutions and integrating them with digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Driving business objectives with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Building a strategic vision and translating that strategy into efficient execution plans.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Leading the product team and delivering user-focused experiences. Drive product delivery timelines and ensure that teams adhere to them
• Gather requirements, translate user needs into product features, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide product direction and prioritization.
• Defining and launching products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Developing and integrating AI solutions within digital experiences.
• Designing products from both a technical backend and user interface perspective.
• Partner effectively with Engineering, Data and AI technical and executive team members as well as stakeholders across the company
• Foster an agile, data-driven product management culture that prioritizes user experience and value creation.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in leading product teams, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
• Solid experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare and financial services, with understanding of data and user privacy regulations.
• Skilled in the software development lifecycle and AI solution development
• Technical knowledge in data, AI, and cloud-native systems, sufficient to make informed decisions on what is feasible, and technical expertise to use and understand product directions.
• Understanding of user research, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies
• Must have built one or more AI solutions and integrate them with digital experiences.
• Proven ability to build and lead successful teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong presenter
• Track record of establishing and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Expertise in project/product management, preferably in Agile environments (scrum/Kanban), with experience in Jira.
• An Innovative and forward-thinking mindset
