The Role

The Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) Product team is looking for a highly motivated User Product Manager who loves to tell beautiful stories with Data. Your responsibilities will include ownership of defining user stories for Fidelities Event Management Platform. This includes user research and analysis as well as turning that analysis into designs and products. You will be working to translate business needs and user insights into narrative experiences and workflows for users. You’ll work within the EI Product team and collaborate with senior leaders to make the best outcome and solutions to help our users gain insight into all aspects of our enterprise infrastructure.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a product management, project management, or product-oriented technology role preferred
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Meet with current and prospective customers to understand their needs to drive product planning
  • Follow industry trends through exploring complementary products, meeting with partners, and investigating new technologies
  • Contribute to company-level product planning by developing concepts into specs, evaluating them, and participating as we build a strategic product roadmap
  • Generate, gather, and organize ideas for features and improvements for the product, prioritize feature requests, and maintain part of the roadmap
  • Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and internal team, design solutions for them, and drive their implementation
  • Design product enhancements and communicate designs orally, through diagrams, and through PRDs
  • Facilitate software development projects, working with our design team, engineering team, and other partners
  • Coordinate feature launches, including orchestrating testing, documentation, training rollout sequencing, customer communication, and adoption measurement
  • Serve as a resource for other employees who have product questions, feature, requests, and other needs
  • Present current and future capabilities to both internal and external audiences

The Team

This position sits within the Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) Product team and will be responsible for providing product requirements to our development teams that will deliver transparency and access to our operational event management platform. Our team supports internal customers spread across a variety of business units as well as external customers utilizing Fidelity’s services and products.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year. 

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
