Job Description

SRG/CC is one of TransUnion’s Global Solutions departments that helps TransUnion make trust possible by verifying consumer contact information is accurate, enhancing data with scores and models and providing additional information where necessary. This SRG/CC suite of solutions assists our clients identify and contact clients more efficiently by ensuring our clients data is always up-to-date. These solutions are used by the largest companies in the United States in a diverse set of industries including Banking, Insurance, Health Care, Retail, Big Tech, Collections.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional data analysis skills and deep familiarity with Microsoft excel.
• 2-3 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, product management, operations, customer support or related experiences.
• A keen intellectual curiosity, a passion for problem-solving and a desire to solve client problems with new features and solutions.
• Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills.
• Should be proactive and demonstrate ability to work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills including excellent spoken and written English.
• A desire to learn the product management trade for a data company.

Impact You'll Make:

• Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management you drive analyses to a) inform product decisions b) create new features c) identify customer value in solutions and features.
• Mockup products in excel/custom decision tool to speed up innovation and product acceptance testing.
• Test and approve products/features prior to go-live.
• Assist with the investigation and resolution of issues of customer production issues.
• Create and manage user stories (requirements) to direct our engineering teams work throughout development life cycle.
• Assist in the prioritization of our roadmap to ensure we are creating the right products and features at any given time.
• Manage analysis of ML/AI features with our data science matrix partners.
