As a Product Manager for Urban Solutions SaaS, you will drive the development of new features across Lyft's comprehensive micromobility SaaS platform, working directly with a dedicated cross-functional technical team and collaborating with Lyft's hardware and software teams. You will work daily with our commercial team to understand, track and shape future opportunities, and ensure we have the right product range to deliver compelling, winning solutions to tenders and cities. To support our existing large customer base, you will excel at prioritizing and prioritizing the most impactful customer requests while delivering the most scalable and reusable solutions. Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for software platform products for our Urban Solutions operators and markets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and operations teams to drive the development of Urban Solutions' software product roadmap.
  • Shape our system software and APIs so that they can be used by external micromobility operators alongside Lyft hardware, to expand Lyft's business.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive, competitive product propositions that meet customer needs and align with Lyft products and services.
  • Dive deep with your development team, understanding and communicating every decision and compromise you make.
  • Align partners and cross-functional teams beyond your immediate development team: Business Development, Passenger Experience, Support Platform and Operations to promote a shared vision.
  • Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiences and decisions to a wide range of audiences, from partner teams to executive levels and municipal partners.

Experience

  • 4+ years of product management, working on SaaS, B2G products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Experience developing new SaaS products and managing existing SaaS product roadmaps, for software used for customer facing or operational needs.
  • Experience working closely with business partners to help guide sales efforts and inform roadmaps.
  • Experience managing a product backlog and requests from a large number of customers or user group from intake to release phase.
  • Experience in winning municipal technology tenders.
  • A practical delivery brief for impactful features in ambiguous and complex contexts.
  • Language skills in Spanish/French/German.
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured manner. You are able to define and analyze metrics that inform product success.
  • Experience in customer discovery and product requirements development process.
  • Passion for improving people's lives through transportation.
  • Excellent judgment and reflection on the dynamics of a product ecosystem.
  • Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills. Balancing multiple projects, deadlines and demands should be second nature to you.

LANGUAGES :

Fluency in French and English, both oral and written, is required for this position, as this role requires interactions with Lyft employees and stakeholders in other Canadian provinces as well. as well as in Lyft offices globally.
